Dr Holly Milling B.Sc., M.sc., DClin.Psy, PG.Dip.
Holly is a registered Clinical Psychologist, Accredited Cognitive Behavioural therapist, and Mindfulness teacher. She is a member of the UK Psychological Practitioner Network for Adult ADHD.
Alongside The Neurodiversity Practice, Holly also runs The Sleep Practice and has a special interest in sleep disorders and neurodiversity. She is also a member of the British Sleep Society and a founding member of the Association of Clinical Psychologists in Sleep Medicine.
Prior to working in independent practice, Holly worked in the NHS for 16 years in some of London’s top hospitals (including Kings College Hospital and Imperial). Holly also trains Clinical Psychologists and CBT therapists within the NHS and was a Clinical & Academic Tutor for seven years on the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Training Programme at Canterbury Christ Church University.
Holly lives in the East Sussex countryside with her husband, children, scruffy dog and ginger cat. “When I’m not working you’ll find me re-charging my batteries at the local beach, renovating our 'doer-upper', or pottering in my kitchen garden”.

Formal Qualifications:
Psychology Degree (completed 2001) - specialist research conducted in Autism
Masters Degree (completed 2002) - specialist research conducted in adult ADHD
Doctoral Training in Clinical Psychology (completed in 2007) - specialist research conducted on neuropsychological functioning in chronic pain after Spinal Cord Injury
Post-Graduate Diploma in Cogitive Behavioural Therapy (completed in 2012)
