Holly is a registered Clinical Psychologist, Accredited Cognitive Behavioural therapist, and Mindfulness teacher. She is a member of the UK Psychological Practitioner Network for Adult ADHD.

Prior to working in independent practice, Holly worked in the NHS for 16 years in some of London’s top hospitals (including Kings College Hospital and Imperial). Holly also trains Clinical Psychologists and CBT therapists within the NHS and was a Clinical & Academic Tutor for seven years on the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Training Programme at Canterbury Christ Church University.

Holly lives in the East Sussex countryside with her husband, children, scruffy dog and ginger cat. “When I’m not working you’ll find me re-charging my batteries at the local beach, renovating our 'doer-upper', or pottering in my kitchen garden”.

I believe in celebrating neurodiversity and the value that difference and diversity of thinking can bring to society.

At certain times in our lives some differences can become disabling and I am passionate about supporting people to find the right support and accommodations to allow them to thrive and reach their potential.
